Once you've created your designs and built the page, the next step is to take it to live and publish it.

Before you publish, you can save and preview the pages to visualize how it looks.

SAVE CHANGES: Be sure to click on the save icon every time you take a break while creating the storyboard. P.s. We do have the auto-save feature built in, that will automatically save the progress made in pages every 2 minutes (Provided there are any kinds of edits made on the pages).

PREVIEW: When you want to preview, you can click on the preview icon. This will show you exactly what the storyboard will look like as a web page.

PUBLISH: Once you’re convinced that your masterpiece is complete with no more “final changes” to be added, you can click on the publish button. This will open your interactive landing page out into the world for everyone to see.

There are various additional settings that are available once you publish your page. Head to the dropdown next to the Cleverstory logo where the name of the storyboard appears.

You have the ability to View the Last Published version of the storyboard and if you’re not satisfied with it, you can Restore it to the Last Published Version.

And if you would like to unpublish a storyboard, (i.e it would go back to being a draft version) you can go to the storyboard settings and on the top you will see the 'unpublish' option on the site settings page as shown below.

To make any changes to the storyboard like the name of the storyboard, URL, or Invite people, click on Storyboard Settings.
