Storyboard settings help you with a ton of things that are associated with your page like the reports, permissions on the storyboard, site settings, etc.

In this article we will learn what are the 4 main sections of the Storyboard Settings:

  1. Site Settings

  2. Roles & Permissions

  3. Reports

  4. Lead Reports

Site Settings:

Site settings include the most generic set of settings required to get the page up and running. They are listed as follows:

  • Change page name

  • Fav Icon

  • Tracking Pixels

  • Social Media Images and more.

Roles & Permissions

The owner of a particular storyboard can collaborate with other users by going into Roles & Permissions or clicking on Invite people.

To invite a user, click on the button on the top right, and a list of users added to your workspace will pop up. Below are the roles available when adding a user:

Owner - This includes giving complete access to work on the page, publish and view the reports of the storyboard.

Editor - An editor has the access to edit and save the page but cannot publish and view reports.

Viewer - A viewer can only preview the page on different devices and view the end published URL.

Click on Add User and you can choose which role to assign to the respective person from Owner, Editor, and Viewer access and Save. The storyboard will directly be available in the workspace of the user.

Reports

Reports measure the number of visitors, views, pages, interactions, and downloads on a storyboard level.

The below screenshot gives you a quick insight of the analytics breakdown based on Geography, Device, Account, Leads and UTM Parameters.

You will be able to get a full 360 birds'eye view when you have a glance at the reporting module.

Lead Reports

Under this reporting module, you will only be able to view/download the lead level analytics like Accounts influenced, leads captured, Conversion rate, time spent, last viewed completion rate and more.
