Swarmed with a large number of storyboards in your workspace? No worries, We’ve got you covered.

Presenting… folders!

Folders give you the ability to organize similar storyboards into one place. For eg, if you have multiple experiences created for various topics like Webinars, Outreach, etc, you can simply create folders for each topic and segregate them.

In this article, you’ll learn how to:

  1. Create a folder

  2. Move assets to the folder

  3. Make a folder global

  4. Rename a folder

  5. Delete a folder

Creating a folder

To create a folder, head to the home page > Click on New Folder > Add the respective Folder name and your folder is ready.

Moving assets to a folder

Once the folder is created, you can simply drag and drop the experience you want to add to the particular folder.

Note: One experience can be a part of multiple custom folders and by default the All folder. Although, below are a few scenarios to keep in mind while making changes:

  1. Moving storyboards from the All folder to two different custom folders, the storyboard will be moved to both folders and will be a part of the All folders.

  2. Moving storyboards from one custom folder to another folder, will completely move the storyboard and reside in the moved folder only.

Making a folder Global

A folder is available only for the user who has created it to view until it is made global.

To make a folder global, choose the respective folder and click on the 3 dots.

Toggle on the global folder option and anyone that’s a part of your workspace will be able to see the folder.

Note: For any other user to be able to view the experiences within the folder, it has to be collaborated with them.

Renaming a folder

To rename a folder, choose the respective folder and click on the 3 dots. Choose Rename and click on the tick mark when done.

Deleting a folder

To delete a folder, choose the respective folder and click on the 3 dots. Choose Delete and Confirm.

Note: Deleting the folder will only delete the respective folder and not the storyboards in it. The storyboards will, by default move to “All”.
