Importing PPTs into Spatial Experience on Cleverstory

Spatial is our innovative storytelling format designed to present content in a dynamic, visual-first layout ideal for product walkthroughs, customer education, interactive demos, and more. To make it easier than ever to bring your existing assets into this format, Cleverstory now allows seamless PPT imports directly into Spatial content.

Whether you’re transitioning a sales deck, onboarding presentation, or webinar slides, you can now repurpose your PowerPoint files into immersive Spatial storyboards in just a few clicks.

How to Import a PPT into Spatial

Follow these steps to turn your PowerPoint deck into Spatial content:

  • Log in to Cleverstory using your credentials.

  • From the dashboard, click “Create Storyboard.”

  • Give your storyboard a name.

  • Under the layout options, select “Spatial Content.”

  • Right next to the “Create from scratch” tile, you’ll find an option to “Import Design.”

  • Hover over the “Import Design” button and select "PPT"

  • A file manager will open — choose a PPT file from your local device.

  • Once uploaded, Cleverstory will automatically generate a Spatial storyboard based on your PPT and slide content.

  • Open the Spatial storyboard and rearrange, modify, or enhance the content as needed to suit your content or branding.

You can also import your PPT directly “My Storyboards", you click on the “Import” from the top right corner and select “Spatial content”.
